Our Faithful Promises –

We promise to never stop creating and supporting new families.

“The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.” – Psalm 126:3

 

In April 2019, a young couple walked into the LFCS office in Cape Girardeau. They carried with them hope, the hope that they would become parents with our help.

A few days later and 270 miles away in Springfield, Mo., a couple contacted the LFCS office with the hope that we could help them find a loving home for their soon-to-be daughter. They had specific requests for her adoptive home, and miraculously, the couple in Cape Girardeau was a perfect match.

A year after the divine connection, the adoptive parents finalized their placement. It was not easy to complete the adoption because of the COVID-19 outbreak, but nothing would stop this beautiful unification.

It was amazing to witness God bring the two families together for the benefit of a sweet little girl. She’s thriving in her new family’s home, and her birth parents have established a way to stay in touch and develop a positive relationship with the family.
