Hilltop

Hilltop Child and Family Development Center provides a safe and loving community for children and their families in North St. Louis. We provide quality childcare for children 6 weeks to 5 years of age, with a unique, wrap-around approach aimed at improving the well-being of the entire family.

Our integrated methods provide a supportive, stable learning environment and fill a gap for much-needed services in the community. It starts with providing accessible, quality childcare and evidence-based early childhood education and extends to on-site behavioral health services, parenting education, in-home support services and health screenings. By providing support to the whole family unit, we are empowering parents to achieve and maintain stability for their children.
