Caregivers’ Night Out
If you are the primary caregiver for someone with Alzheimer’s (or another form of dementia), then you may very well need a break and a chance to get away. This is the perfect opportunity for you: an overnight event with an evening of sharing, laughing, relaxing, reflecting, playing games and gathering new information. In the morning, there will be a presentation about how to cope with the stress of caregiving, followed by a light-hearted presentation which is sure to have everyone laughing. An evening meal and breakfast will be included. The lodging accommodations are wonderful, but register early as space is limited.
