LFCS Helps after Spring Floods

The spring floods left many people under water across Missouri. Thanks to FEMA and the Disaster Case Management Program grant, $2.2 million in funding has been made available to address long-term recovery needs. The grant is fully funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and will be administered by the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency. LFCS will serve as the statewide Management Agency. Our role is to partner with case managers and disaster survivors to develop and carry out a Disaster Recovery Plan.
