Erdman, Alan_leftHave you heard the news? Rev. Alan Erdman has retired as President & CEO of Lutheran Family and Children’s Services, effective July 1, 2016.  As we close this amazing chapter in the history of LFCS, we would like to invite you to make a special gift in honor of Alan’s notable 24-year career at LFCS.

Alan has led this organization through unprecedented challenges, navigating the financial recession, reacting to funding challenges, and successfully expanding vital services. His passion for the team and relentless focus on serving children and families in need have made LFCS a leading service provider throughout the state of Missouri.

For me, this has been an incredible career,” said Rev. Erdman. “I will hold the agency in my heart always. I take great pride in the growth of the agency during my tenure and am grateful to have had the privilege of working with many fine professionals. As we move ahead, please know that the LFCS staff is and will continue to be deeply committed to the mission of the agency – to helping people as Jesus did and to growing hope for those who need it most!”

Your tribute gift in Alan’s honor will be recognized in the fall issue of our Spirit newsletter, which will feature Alan and his years of service. Your contribution will help sustain our ministry as we continue to lift up families across Missouri turning to us in their time of need – what a perfect way to celebrate Alan’s lifetime of service and devotion to others. Make your gift online by going to today!
